Modular One was organized in March of 2003 with a commitment to build high quality, energy efficient homes with a strong commitment to both customer and builder partner service.
Our homes range from an entry level starter home to an estate size custom built modular home or even a wide array of multi family homes. We even offer a high quality HUD code line of homes to fit almost any budget. We are versatile!
We are located in an ultra modern 140,000 square foot facility in south central Tennessee only 20 miles north of the Tennessee-Alabama line in Pulaski Tennessee. We are fully equipped with the latest construction tools.
Our management team is made up of a dedicated staff with more than 150 years of combined experience in both factory built homes, on site construction, and land development.
