Simplex is a three decade old company that is as technologically advanced and financially sound as the homes we build.

You may have seen us featured on national television shows such as Bob Vila's Home Again. Bob toured our facility and over the course of a season followed the construction of a luxury Simplex Home.

Many of the advances in modular construction originated in our headquarters and climate controlled production facilities in Scranton Pennsylvania.

Scranton provides us with a unique location with access to a highly skilled highly trained motivated workforce. We are also just minutes from a number of major highway systems including Interstate Highways 80 and 81 Route 380 and the Pennsylvania Turnpike.
