Modulars.com collects information online to allow you to use our services. Under no circumstances will Modulars.com sell or share any personal information about you to or with any person or organization except: as authorized by you, to participating modular home contractors, real estate professionals within the modular home industry or other parties involved in your transaction, or as may be required by law or court order. Information We Collect. How Information is Used. We use the information you provide to match you with participating modular home contractors or real estate professionals within the modular home industry. We may also send your information to other third parties relevant to your transaction. Modulars.com may also share certain aggregated data with other third parties for general marketing and demographic purposes; however, this information does not include any of your personal identifying information.

• By registration form submission, you authorize Modulars.com and any modular home contractors for whom you registered, to contact you or your immediate family, using methods that include, but are not limited to, telephone, e-mail, and US Mail. Such contact will be made using the information that you provide us during registration.
• Modulars.com may notify you about a special offer from one of our promotional partners. We do not reveal your name, address or any other identifying information to that promotional partner unless you request us to do so.

Security. Modulars.com operates secure data networks protected by industry standard firewall and password protection systems. Our security and privacy policies are periodically reviewed and enhanced as necessary, and only authorized individuals have access to the information provided by our customers.
